Dr. LaKimerly Coates, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist, Mohs micrographic surgeon, and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology with more than 25 years of experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and her medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Dr. Coates specializes in skin cancer detection and treatment, including Mohs micrographic surgery, and provides comprehensive care for conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails. Her expertise includes treating acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and a wide range of other dermatologic concerns. She also offers cosmetic dermatology services designed to help patients look and feel their best.
